SHIPPING
Standard outbound shipping is included in the listed product price, and no separate standard shipping fee will be charged at checkout. This does not mean that transportation is provided without cost. Light Reft bears and incorporates the applicable standard outbound shipping cost into the product price.
Additional charges, including customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax, customs clearance fees, remote-area surcharges, storage charges, address correction fees, and other charges imposed by customs authorities or the shipping carrier, are not included and shall be borne by the recipient.
ADDITIONAL FEES
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax, customs clearance fees, and other charges may apply in accordance with the regulations of the shipping carrier and the laws of the destination country or region. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer are accepted only if requested within 14 days of delivery and the product is unopened and unused. Opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange. Return shipping costs, payment processing fees, the original shipping cost, and any packaging and shipping preparation costs shall be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount. If the product is defective upon arrival, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. After confirming the condition of the product, we will provide a replacement or refund.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the order is placed, provided that the product is in stock and is not being sold as a pre-order.
